As Director of Customer Care for Jushi Holdings, Inc., Jennifer has over 19 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management. In her prior roles, Jennifer was involved in employee development, quality assurance, contact center operations, and customer retention. She is a proud alumna of both West Virginia University and Keystone College.
Some of Jennifer’s favorite things to do are running, going to the gym, and relaxing with her family and pets. To be honest it’s really jogging though and not running, as she admits she isn’t very fast but still manages to get the job done. She considers running a privilege and uses the slogan “run for those who can’t” as a constant reminder to stay motivated, get up and get out the door. Jennifer is an avid West Virginia Mountaineer fan for all college sports and admits that half of her wardrobe is probably WVU gear! The tradition of singing “Country Roads” after every win is near and dear to her heart.
